CSUN MESA President

During my last 1½ years at CSUN, I wanted to build upon our organization’s success with bigger events focusing on influential educational speakers, meaningful networking receptions, and top notch client services. We partnered with amazing moderators to curate insightful panels on Artist Management, Music Festivals, Women in Music and Songwriters & Producers filled with their robust network of contacts from different sectors of the industry. We took feedback from attendees to tweak our event programming and locations to overall host better and more meaningful events tailored to the interests of our students. In addition to overseeing our executive and volunteer teams, I also created SOP for our events with guest packets, DOS event logistics, designated team lead responsibilities, marketing strategies, partnerships with additional student organizations and print/digital media content.

CSUN MESA Treasurer

My role in MESA started my junior year of college, where I managed and organized our music industry networking events. In my first semester, my primary responsibilities included graphic design for flyers, programs, social assets and other promotional materials for each event. I also created and oversaw all content for the MESA social platforms. During my second semester I took over leadership responsibility from our president and chiefly planned our Industry Insights and Songwriters Showcase events. I connected with moderators, panelists, and our team to strategize panel discussion questions, curate a catered networking reception, execute program/flyer design and more. I also chiefly managed our production, talent and hospitality team leads on site to make each event successful for our artists, panelists, moderators, and guests.
